First visits are often 90 minutes but can extend to two hours, depending on how much we need to cover.

We’ll start with a detailed health assessment, diving into your physical, emotional, and energetic health to uncover the root causes of your symptoms. Together, we’ll review your lifestyle, diet, and any current health conditions to form a comprehensive picture of your needs.

I will email you a customized plan tailored to your unique needs within a week after our meeting, along with resources, to begin the next steps on your herbal journey.

Payment is due the day of our meeting and can be made through our website or Venmo @LittleSisterApothecary.

Cancellations

Life happens! It’s okay if you need to cancel or want to reschedule your appointment, but please do let us know as early as possible. We deeply respect both your time and ours and to honor that, a $50 cancellation fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
